Investigating - We experienced an incident affecting access to HERAW due to an issue during the renewal of our SSL certificate. During this time, the platform could appear inaccessible or flagged as not secure depending on the browser or environment used.

Our team quickly identified the issue and deployed the renewed certificate. Access to HERAW has now been fully restored.

Identified - The deployment of a new HERAW version introducing a new feature resulted in a partial deployment issue.

As a consequence, access to certain projects was temporarily blocked for some users.

Our team quickly identified the root cause and completed the deployment process. Full access has now been restored, and all services are operating normally.
